The “Larong Pinoy” Workshop held on Saturday, Aug. 14, 2010 was a huge success!

Thanks to the Filipino Ministry of The Archdioces of Los Angeles, Couples for Christ and FilAm Arts, the children of Bahay Kubo Center and participating parishes were able to learn the traditional Filipino games that their parents and grandparents enjoyed as young children.  Most importantly, they enjoyed a day full of fun, and they made some new friends.

We also want to thank our sponsors who helped make this special event a success–Seafood City, North Hills who provided snacks and drinks, and Western Union who provided t-shirts for all the participating children.
